HiPiHi™ – China's Pioneer of The 3D Virtual World

HiPiHi™ is China's first 3D virtual world that provides its residents with a real-time online environment for creation, collaboration, commerce, communication and entertainment. The goal is to foster and facilitate the building of an Oriental-influenced virtual world platform that facilitates multi-cultural interactions. Through the removal of physical space-time limits on people-to-people interaction, HiPiHi seeks to develop a technology platform for virtual/ online activity that transcends reality and enable a new lifestyle that ignites the passions, dreams and hopes of individuals worldwide.

HiPiHi Co. Ltd was founded in late 2005 by Xu Hui and friends from his past Internet ventures. Xu Hui previously founded the successful Jingqi Xishu, an online book retail startup, and is notable for being listed as one of China's Top 10 Internet Heroes in 1999.

HiPiHi Co. Ltd currently employs 60 employees in its Beijing offices. The company blends experienced and visionary staff members from diverse backgrounds such as multimedia streaming, 3D environment modelling, online gaming, Web 2.0 and creative arts. Current investors include Tokyo-based NGI Group and esteemed local Chinese and international institutions and individuals.
